Or creeping up a rock ledge and peering over to see the top of the horns of a full curl Dall ram high in the Talkeetna mountains that you have been stalking for hours. Calm down. Your seconds away from total unbound bliss. Maybe a 60 inch bull moose coming in to the call, head low and wavering, errrr-augh errr-augh, talking to you, coming right to you. Or could happen that not 200 yards below you over the rim of a Kodiak cliff sleeps a nine plus inch mountain goat. Sit back and enjoy the mountain scenery while you wait for him to get up for the evening feed and move to a place where he won't drop off the edge of the world after you squeeze off the perfect shot.

Kodiak Lucky Hook Charters offers a large variety of hunts. Kodiak Brown bears, Interior grizzly bear, Dall Sheep, Mountain Goat, Barren ground Caribou, Alaska Moose, black bear, Sitka Blacktail Deer, wolf, wolverine and exotic sea ducks. All hunts are fair chase hunts. Many combination hunts are also available. Most hunts are tent camps. Tents are equipped with cots, thermal rest, sleeping bags and propane heaters. All meals, lodging and transportation in the field is provided. Deluxe accommodations can be provided upon request on select hunts.
